Hello everyone,

I keep having all types of ERR errors when browsing internet, most common are : ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED , socket not connected, err timed out)

These errors are not permanent, for example i try to go to a site and it gives me error then after refreshing site for few minutes site gets loaded and then after few minutes i get errors again. Few sites like youtube dont display these errors but most do. I did all the steps in this guide ( including reseting trough elevated cmd).

 • Check physical connections.
 • Restart your modem and router.
 • Check your network settings.
 • Update network drivers.
 • Disable firewall/antivirus temporarily.
 • Flush DNS cache.
 • Adjust your LAN settings.
 • Delete wireless network (WLAN) profiles.

Also this is not browser connected. Happened to all browsers and some dektop apps that use internet ( for example Telegram desktop app cant connect to internet as well).

Please help!

Thanks!

We need to know make model of router and modem how you connect ie wireless or cable when it happens does router show its connected or dropped?
If its wireless you need to check if there is another router close on the same channel

Router / modem shouldnt be the problem because rest of the devices connected to network work just fine ( both trough cable and wifi), this errors are specific to my PC. Also i should note that errors started happen after i installed utorrent program.

So have you removed the torrent to see if it solves the problem if its running it can take all the bandwidth

Yes I did remove it, I also turned off firewalls and scaned PC with malwarebytes for infections. Still nothing helped.

Also this is the message I get after trying to use software that requires internet but does not use broswer

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
