Erroneous "Open with" option for an application

My carelessness probably, but I have an unsuitable option in recommended programs to open a particular application.

I cannot find anything on how I get rid of the option there, although i will need it elsewhere.

can anyone help?.

Hi.
I've done that already. What I wan to do, is get the erronrous option out of the recommended section. I only the attached shot only Adobe Reader is there correctly.

Sorry my friend did not fully understand your question

If your program is working correctly I would leave it alone. If not this is how it is changed. Back up registry first and make a system restore point, just in case.
