I'm not an expert, but you can download KB2979570 as it seems you have missing packages from it:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44327


Then, copy the .msu in c:\Windows\CheckSur\packages\ (create it if it doesn't exist)

Then, rerun DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Scanhealth

The file checksur.log should report you have fixed errors



You can then try back to install your KB2937610.
If it still fails, you can post your new checksur.log and the lines in the CBS.log where there is an error (start by looking from the bottom of the file). They should likely point to some missing package reported by checksur.log. At least we'll know which ones exactly.
