Hello there, first to say please excuse my low english level. Now the problem...
I just bought a new PC, and after a few uses, at shutdown Windows shows this error: "The application has failed to start correctly (0xc0000142). (cmd.exe)
I followed these steps: Use Ccleaner (files and register), use malware bytes (no problem find), watch in task manager if I see any cmd.exe process (negative), and the problem persists.
Please someone can give me a way to fix this??
