Not sure if this belongs here, but tried to search and cant find anything in this forum in relation to the error I get when installing (trying to), Flash Media Live Encoder v3.

Any ideas on a fix?

You'll probably have better luck asking in the Software subform, this is for Media Center.

Typically Error 1316 with MSI refers to a either 1- file missing or network error; 2- or trying to reinstall a failed or previously installed application.

To help troubleshoot you'll want to include what system you are trying to install on and whether it is a upgrade or fresh build.

Also, check your Event logs for more information.

Well I figured it out, had to download an install utility and remove the product and reboot, then the install worked fine.

Was installing the latest Flash Media Live Encoder v3
