I was going to edit the permissions myself, however a host of warning and errors flashed up when I tried to I restored back to before I had messed about.
There is also a lot of warnings about changing winsxs permissions out there.
I had run tweaking windows but had not selected the permissions as its a big deal.
However running the program is not the whole answer.
The error came back after that, it was making the installtemp folder in winsxs and then installing the 2005 version of Visual C++ first.
Phew, this has been bugging me for months and months!
