Error 2502 & Error 2503

Whenever I try to install anything like java or Runescaoe, I get the message error codes 2502, and 2503, any idea why?

What program is it for? Try downloading it again.

Java, Runescape, and everythingthing else that is MSI. This is a fresh install of windows 7 Ultimate.

Where did you get Win7? How is it activated?

I Rather not say, but it is licensed.

I just checked my Bios the system time is the same aswell.
