error 2701 time and date settings

I have my uncle's computer its pretty old. Its a compaq windows 7 ultimate. Whenever I start computer the next day it shows the error 2701 time and date settings bios. The computer tech came to my house and change the bios date to the current. Still gives that error and the time and date shows wrong.

It sounds like you may need to replace the CMOS battery on the motherboard.
