Error 740

I have just installed Weather Watcher on my pc but find that I have to click the desktop icon every time I start my pc up. When I installed the program I got the error 740 come up. I was wondering how to fix this!

You can turn off the UAC - not advised in some circles! Or, go to the .exe and right clcik - choose properties, and then the "compatibility" tab. At the bottom, tick the square "Run as Administrator.
