I know there are lots of these problems here but I think
mine is different.
I have a file on an external HD that I can not delete,
as it gives the above error. I use the external HD for
my backups.
Running Windows 7 pro 32-bit with all the goodies.
I know I could format the HD to solve the error but I
have other files on there I can not lose.
