Can't install KB4534310 and KB4539601 and I tried all the fixes I found but nothing seems to work. I'm trying to upgrade to Win 10, but it won't upgrade until updates are installed.
Ran sfc /scannow - no problems
I ran dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
I've attached the CheckSUR.log seems like a lot of updates can't be found. I tried to install each update manually but most of the updates say "This update is not applicable to your computer".
Any help is much appreciated!

I was going by the version of the faulting file and apparently the newer versions use the same file. Most of these errors seem to come from driver verifier and, since they occur up to 5 times a day but usually less, I'm guessing they're occurring upon startup of QB. There's also a few from Outlook and MBAM. If you're not having any problems with these programs, then I'd leave it alone.
