I can find no sign of any SFC scan having been run - but we can worry about that after fixing the above errors.

Back In a few minutes with a fix protocol.

I've uploaded a file - zj9aa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder zj9aa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folders inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

I wasn`t sure if I need to copy just security catalog or MUM file too? I`ve copied both..

Both need to be copied, as the replacement of both is done at the same time by the tool.

I just realised - I gave you the wrong files, anyhow! (doesn't matter - CheckSUR is clever that way) We see so few x86 installs that I automatically posted the x64 versions...
back with the proper ones in a minute or two.

CheckSUR is now clear :) - I got the right files this time.

Please now run SFC /SCANNOW from an Elevated Command Prompt, and post the new CBS.log file - I think it will report 'nothing found' so if that's the case, try going to windows Update and do a Check for Updates, and attempt to install ONLY the oldest update found -reboot, and if that installs OK, install any others found.
