I recently got an HP Photosmart D5368 from my uncle. However, he forgot to give me the driver installation disc and as he lives in another city, I decided to download the driver from the HP site itself.
I managed to find the required driver. I ran the setup, configured the installation and initiated the same. During the setup, I encountered the below error dialog and the setup rolled back and uninstalled itself.
The logs mention the following message :
Note that there is no X: configured on my machine.
Also, the VC++ runtime version mentioned in the message is already installed on my machine. Could someone please assist as to how do I troubleshoot the issue?
