Fine for me...I'm retired!
Did you merge the BFE.reg into the Registry.

When done reboot?

Follow Post 17 regedit instructions, and still no BFE?

Won't let me merge - the same error appears.

I'll be back a little later to follow the next set of instructions.

Wasn't needed.

I've attached the repair log.

Do you mean restart the machine in safe mode? Or did I miss something in tweaking?

I did try that when I first discovered the issue...but thought I'd try again since it has been quite some time (and many cleanups) since then, and SUCCESS! It merged perfectly and all seems to be working fine. Thank you!

Excellent!!!

Glad the issue is fixed. Was running out of options...

Did you get to use the Windows Firewall Troubleshooter, or did the Safe Mode action do the trick?

Also, can you please run the Farbar Dervice Scanner once again, and post its result?

Thanks!

It was the safe mode. I still ran the troubleshooter after though. I've attached the FSS result.
