Error in loading dll

Good morning.

I am very new to computers and have just purchased a dell lap top with windows 7.

Every time I start up I get a message saying "error loading dll file dell support centre common". I have clicked yes to run script to enable me to continue, but would love to stop this message appearing every time I swith on. Help please.

I think this is the dell support centre software, I also have a dell, but an older one, If i remember correctly, the Windows 7 Upgrade advisor reported minor issues, and referred to dell website for more information.

If you don't like this tool, I think most easy is to uninstall the program.

Start->Add or remove programs

and remove the support program.

If you like you can sometimes go to the dell website and check if they have a new version of this software.
