Hi I'm new her and was hoping you guys could help :)

My Windows 7 Ultimate system is running fine no problems with no problems. But when my computer updates it has an error message that reads:

The feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or other removable disk that is not available.

Insert the microsoft office xp professional with frontpage disk and click ok.

It started happening after I decided to try kindle from the Amazon site. I was on a trip just after downloading it or I would have gone through a system restore. But now I don't know how to get rid of this. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Have you installed Microsoft Office on your system? If so, and it's the XP version - then you're probably having compatibility issues and I'd suggest uninstalling the program permanently. If you need an Office suite and can't afford the Microsoft Office suite - then try this free suite: OpenOffice.org - The Free and Open Productivity Suite

I do have Microsoft office XP Professional. But it never gave me any problems before. I can update it to Microsoft Office 2007. Do I unistall XP before installing 2007? Will there be any documents that will not be compatible? Is there an uninstall link? Thanks so much for the help!

Uninstall the Office XP installation first, then install the 2007.
The uninstaller is located in the Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program applet
All documents from Office XP can be opened in Office 2007
