Error Install Windows 7 - This PC HW may not support booting to disk

Hello,

i bought SAS controller (Dell SAS 6 iR controller) + SAS harddisk (HP EH0600JDYTL) to my home pc. When i switch turn on computer, computer freezed on this (http://bayer.netwell.cz/IMG_20151030_210910.jpg). In settings bios of sas controller is boot support (enabled os&bios,,enabled only bios,, enabled only os). When i set only bios or only os or disabled, so computer doesn't freeze and boot installation of w7 from dvd, but it shows error (http://bayer.netwell.cz/Screenshot_2015-10-30-21-14-34.png).

When i boot from other harddisk where i have got work system windows 7, so system found new hardware (sas, hdd) and install drivers. It works great. In my computer i see sas disk, i can open it and copy or move data. It's not problem.

But Why can't I install new system to faster harddisk sas? I am already desperate,because i don't know what i do with it now. Thanks for any help.


PS: Any helper said Dell OEM SAS controller doesn't work correctly on NON-Dell MotherBoards and i must isolate any pin on sas controller. But we don't know which pins we must isolate.

Hello and welcome Bayern now mate I am no expert and I really havge difficulty in knowing why you want to use form what I have g=Googled an alternative method of attaching dives to the board other than SATA or IDE.

Can you give us a little more background before we can help.

If it is speed you are after why are you not just simply using a SSD via a SATA connection and whiel all other drives are disconnected?

You are trying to install Windows 7 on a GPT hard drive, the drive must be converted to MBR, then you shouldn`t have any problems installing Windows 7.
