Error installing SP1 - SFC says manifest is damaged

Hey guys, long time reader but first time poster.

Always had SP1 fail to install, so this weekend i decided to look into a bit more and try and sort it.
Ran SFC and got the following error

2011-11-12 17:06:32, Info CSI 00000314 [SR] Cannot verify component files for Microsoft-Windows-Font-TrueType-Narkisim, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral, manifest is damaged (TRUE)

I have tried uninstalling the the font mentioned and reinstalling from my installation disc, i have ran a disk scan and a virus check but it keeps showing up??
The other odd thing is i'm running an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 not AMD??

Have you guys got any suggestions?

* System Restore - Should you wish to go back in time when everything was running smoothly you can return your computer to a prior working state by choosing an appropriate earlier System Restore Point.
One thing that you should know is that a System Restore Point only can affect system (Windows) and programs files, but not your actual data (music, documents, images, etc.)
