Error installing Windows 7

While trying to reinstall windows 7 to my computer I put in the install disk and it goes through the first part of set-up, then proceeds to restart to install the next part of the installation. Upon restarting and going back to the install i get error 0xc000000e. and below that it says " The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible". Not really sure how to fix this problem. I installed windows 7 on this HDD about a year ago. With all the problems I was having i just decided to go through and reformat to do a clean install. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

On a side note i tried to unplug all my devices connected to my tower i.e webcam,printer,mic to make sur that these were not causing the problem. Only things left plugged in were the monitor and keyboard.

Work through these steps for Overcoming Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums.

Don't skip any steps as the skipped steps often proves to be the solution.

In addition this time stick with all the steps to get and keep a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 so you never need to reinstall again.
