Error loading OS

One day i turned on my computer and got "error loading OS" so i put in my windows 7 recovery disk but when i clicked repair my computer no OS shows up so i cant run startup repair.

What should i do ?

Ok i have done that but now it says "BOOTMGR is missing press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart"

Boot from the DVD then after selecting repair>cmd prompt, enter:
BootRec.exe /fixmbr

If that doesn't work try

BootRec.exe /FixBoot
