Error Message 0x0000003b With fresh system

Hi, i have just put this system together and everything worked for a few hours then i started to get this error message(0x0000003b) randomly. So i restarted in safe mode and looked for any additional drivers that i needed but didn't see anything that seemed out of place in device manager. Will not let me boot regularly in windows. Not sure what's going on here if anybody could help that would be awesome!

AMD Athlon X2 6000+ 3.01 GHZ
AM2 Socket
GTX 650 PNY Graphics
8gb ram
650 watt power supply

I attached the dump file for reference. If I need any more info on this thread just let me know i'm a newbie to this site. Lots of sleepless nights messing with this problem!
