Hi, Trying to install W7 on an old PC:
4gb RAM
Intel P4
260gb Hardrive
The hard drive has been completey wiped with DBAN and formatted for windows. I removed the floppy drive from the PC as it didn't work and disabled the option for diskette in BIOS.
I am using an Original Retail disc - IE not a download or a copy.
Install starts fine > can select my language > accept the EULA > Select the hard drive > Setup then tries to unpack the files and I get this error:
C\:$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\diagerr.xml. not found
It then goes through a loop of not found, corrupt, missing etc........
Any ideas?
