Error message when running Microstation V8 XM

I have Microstation V8 XM on my computer and when I open the program and after drawing in it for awhile, the following error message comes up and the program and crashes.

"Microstation V8 XM has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Then it gives you two options to press - "Debug" or "Close". Whichever you choose the program just shuts down.

I have tried contacting Bentley, checked for corrupt files, reinstalled Microstation etc but it does not seem to be a microstation issue - seems more likely that it is windows 7 related.

Any solutions will be much appreciated.

What is a code of the error in that window?

You can try to spot errors with Event Viewer.

Open the Start Menu, and type eventvwr.msc in the search box and press enter.
If prompted by UAC, then click on Yes (Windows 7) or Continue (Vista).
In the left pane of Event Viewer, double click on Windows Logs to expand it, then right click on System and check for errors (see screenshot). If no errors related to IE will be in System, please check Application section.

Please post description of errors occurred within the described time.
