error message with Wininit

I hpe someone can point me in the right direction have this message do not know how to carryout what it says.

The software which created this, is the Kaspersky internet security 2011

This is a known Kaspersky issue. The dlls are from a trusted source (Kaspersky), so nothing to worry about unless you are haveing performance issues. You can scan the entire Kaspersky folder with MalwareBytes if you want to be 100% sure. A Guy
