What is it and how do I get rid of it ..?

I haven't thought of going to wds start menu itself , I'd been relied on ccleaner tool ,
and for some reason it did not show up .

Since it was MS [Roam] that caused problem [I think it came from the last update]

I went for different approarch and found it [Bad MS update]



Anyway ...everything is OK now ..
