Most if not all of those tools are scams.

The file you quote is normally a Nokia system file, and will not cause system errors.

You should download the free version of this;

Malwarebytes

and run a FULL scan. If it finds anything, post the log here.

You only ran a "Quick Scan", a FULL scan is required to find as much malware as possible. Nevertheless, your machine is badly infected with malware. The only sensible option is a clean install of Windows. You must also remove the malware on ALL partitions before you do so.

Thanks , i have recovery dvds of my laptops.

you can you please give me a link to to restore or install windows 7 from those recovery DVDs?

Restore, or repair install, are no use, they wont solve your problems.

If you have original Windows DVD's or clean factory recovery DVD's then you can format the drives on your machine and make a new Windows installation.

This is normally simply a matter of booting the machine with such a DVD in the drive, and following the instructions.

I know how to format. i have formted xp pc.. but when i buy this sony laptop, i have never format the windows 7, because there are so many softwares of sony company which are installed in it,

like sony smart network, touch key and other sony drivers , etc.. and i dont have the copy of those softwares , so m scared how to get all those required softwares after the formating my laptop, and what if i coudnt get some features without these softwares

If you have the factory recovery DVD then the original drivers and software will be on it.

There may also still be a factory recovery partition on your machine, and that may also be sufficient, it depends on how the recovery is done. If it is an image, then you should be safe enough simply doing a recovery of that image. This should set the machine back to factory defaults.

Before you install any other software, scan it for malware. Any discs or DVD's you have burned yourself as backups etc, or any USB drives you use, you must scan for malware.

hi..

i got 3 DVDs, and its bootable.. when i run it.. i got the vio care center with dialogbox:

"You can reintall the original, factory-installed applicatoin and drivers that you have uninstalled or that are no longer perfoming as expected.."

is it useful for this task?

and i think this dvd is just for vio drivers ..

so i have to reinstall windows 7 and just run this 3DVDs to install vio drivers, M i correct??

Yes. If you have the original DVD's then everything should be fine. You should make sure of this before you begin though.

You should also still format the disk(s) in your machine before you do the new install. I assume you mean a Sony Vaio ?

The problem is that the malware infects various files, and can be on any of your drives.

You can run the Malwarebytes FULL scan after updating the database, and let it delete all the malware it finds, then run the SUPERantispyware as well, and let it also delete any malware it finds. This should get rid of the malware, but there are no guarantees.

If you backup existing files then you also backup any malware that is in them. Run the scans and delete the malware before you back anything up.

That may be safe enough, but it assumes that those two scanners find all the malware and remove it.

If your system runs OK after deleting all the malware, then you MAY! Be OK. If it still does not run properly, then you will have to install Windows.

Some malware alters system files, registry entries, etc, and just removing the malware does not automatically repair any changes it made, or damage it caused.

That is why it is necessary to install Windows new.

The scans are to ensure that you remove any malware before you backup.
