Error on boot-up

The error is something of this nature:

Appdata\local\temp\185807log iniis lost

Only get the error after a reboot, been happening for as long as I can remember I just finally found this forum and decided I'd try to resolve it. I've checked the start-up folder, nothing in there. I can't for the life of me think what it could be.

I close it and it doesn't appear to bother anything. How do I get rid of it, it's damn annoying.

Sorry for the post in general, but I couldn't see any other thread that might be more appropriate.

Try establishing a clean boot and see if you can find the little bug that's causing it:
