Hello, I'm sorry if I am not posting in the right spot first of all. But I was wondering if I could get some help. I just bought a computer for my mom for christmas, I have transferred everything on her old computer to it and I also installed the programs she uses, and set up the security. I always noticed (the past 2 days) that it takes a while to shut down. Well I realized that every time it shuts down, I go to the blue screen of death and it restarts.. Here's what i get on the "Unexpect shutdown" box.
