I had to do a clean install of Windows 7 today. Lost all with this. I now cannot load or install many applications. I also cannot update software, such as my video driver.
The attached image is what I see with many of my programs currently.
Any suggestions?

Apparently you will have to re-download / re-install everything.
A clean install wipes everything.
The fact that you have some items ( programs etc ) showing indicates that you did not format the HDD during the clean install.
I recommend that you work with what you have now and collect all needed programs, drivers etc. and store them on a separate Drive or Partition. Than start a new clean install and be sure to format the HDD, or you may have more leftovers which can cause more problems.
I did do a format prior to the install (also disabled my RAID drives so that my system drive was read as drive 0).
Currently I did a system restore, which has fewer issues then this clean install (never before had I a clean install go south).
