Solved Error when installing ATI Catalyst!!! event id: 35 App: sidebyside

Good Day, I used to have a nvidia card but it broked. And a friend gave me a ATI card.
Install the driver w/o a problem. Then install the catalyst next, error pop up :
"The application has failed to start because its sid-by-side application is incorrect.... use the command-line sxstrace tool for more detail."

I have here a screenshots for the said error.


And also the results of sxstrace but i dont know what is it.

Ok, mark this as solve.
What i did is download and install this Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) and then the installer run w/o problem.
