Error when opening modio.

I used modio before modio won't open it shows an error message that i have a picture of. Im aware that It's .NET 3.5 I have downloaded and tried installing it and i get this message which as well i have a picture of it.

Make sure NET Framework is enabled in Control Panel --> Turn windows features on and off, then while there, try repairing NET Framework (in Programs and features). Highlighting NET Framework entry there should give you the option to repair. When that's done, reboot. Then reinstall modio.

Click like you're going to uninstall NET, then I think it will give you a choice to repair
