Error when trying to play Black Ops 2, Fatal error 0xC0000005

When it happens it says 'Fatal error (0xC0000005) at 0x7761E41B'
It makes a minidump file which I have attached, please read it and tell me what I have to do to stop this error and let me play my game

Hey Sam, while you wait for dump analysis, run a full Scan with Malwarebytes
if necessary in Safe Mode.

Then run SFC /SCANNOW Command and establish a clean boot from the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

Apparently it is an appcrash only .... the Call of Duty game is crashing.

I dont have very much to do here but to suggest you to consult with the developer (they must have a discussion forum) with the error code and ask for a possible fix that will be applicable for your computer.

which will often turn up any problems with your install.
