Error while trying to install and uninstall Office 2010

Hey i got a very anoyying problem and i have no idea what to do.
I've downloaded Microsoft office 2010 and right at the end of the installation it just stuck and didn't move, i waited quite a long time and it didn't move at all so i just clicked the cancel button then i discoverd that i cant remove the program for some VERY wierd reason.

thats what i got :
Windows 7 English ver
Office 2010 English

Are you using any different keyboard layout? location and timezone set to correct?

Im using english but i got russian and hebrew as well, the location is united states and timezone probobly not
that makes diffrence ?
to what time zone and location should i change ? the one im really in or to US ?

You can try CCleaner to uninstall the program CCleaner - Download. The download erorr makes me think you need to try downloading it in one of your other languages.. Fabe

Well i figured out a way to get rid of this problem, i used ccleaner to remvoe the office regfile and then i just started deleting every thing in the office folder, there were 4 files that could not be deleted, i swiched to safemod
and deleted those files and office was completly deleted, i just deleted every office folder from the start button and program files, then i reinstalled office 2010 and every thing is ok now
now i just have to remmeber, never install office 2010 on office 2007

I have Office 2010 beta and Office 2007 Ultimate running side by side. I had absolutely no issues when I added 2010 on top of 2007 and they are co-habitating just fine. You may have had some "residue" left from a previous installation that corrupted the process. There is a Windows Installer Cleanup utility you can find on Microsoft's website that might help.

Microsoft Office 2010 Beta error while trying uninstall

Hello

I'm having trouble while trying to uninstall Microsoft Office Click-to-run 2010 (Beta) from my computer. After being trough almost all the uninstallation process, i'm always getting en error message that says me:



Approximate translation from french: «Impossible to complete operation. Try it again. If the problem persists, contact Microsoft technical support. »

I tried five times the whole operation and i'm still getting this error. I contacted Microsoft, 2 times, but still got no response. I tried to uninstall it with programs like CCleaner or Revo uninstaller, but everytime it fails and it gets me this error.

Anyone have an idea about how could I uninstall Click-to-run 2010 ?

there may be a problem in your dvd. did you try to open it using windows explorer?? if you are sure that your dvd is ok and you tried to open it using explore then i suggest you to check this link please
