Windows 7--installing iTunes 11x update to 10x

The OS is preventing the install from completing with the referenced error at the tail end of the install.

I've searched the web to no avail.

Anyone dealt with this?

(Edit) Problem resolved--re-instituted (for the purpose of this install) the highest level of UAC.

For example, in this case it may make a difference if the OS is 32 or 64 bit.
