hello

can someone please help me solve this issue ?

I get random blue screens and errors that my windows explorer has stoped working and some programs that closes sometimes prematurley where windows tells me "this program will be closed, program not responding"

I have just format and re-load my pc and I did update most of the drivers and i am not sure what is causing this.

I have uploaded a dx diag as well the minidump.

First of all i recommend you install the 64-bit version of Windows 7 for better performance as you have 4gb ram
and also try updating your drivers to the NEWEST avaible

Also the crash seems to be related with the ATi (video driver) try doing a clean install of your ati drivers :)

Maybe because explorer crashing also maybe I say maybe it could be malware so try doing a scan with malwarebytes: www.malwarebytes.org

I did 1st had 64 bit then i got every 2 hours or so blue screens and windows was fully updated, i also noted that a lot of drivers where blocked due to incompatibility i remember "tages SA" it was also blocked and i couldnt find a sollution so my guess was that my system was not compatible with 64 bit so i down graded 32 bit this blue screen that i posted was the 1st one, and then just the random errors .

i will post the resent error from the event log
maybe you people can make sense of it :)

Hello Sister101 and welcome!

Do you have some other dump(s) to upload? The one you had was incomplete. :(

Try this:

Go to Start and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that "Automatically restart" is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select "Small memory dump (128 kB)" in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as "%systemroot%\Minidump" (without the quotes)
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
