Everytime i go to website ESS is showing me in my lower right corner "address is blocked", and the site is still opening. That keeps showing everytime when i go to one site. How can i change that??

My guess is its your firewall or antivirus software blocking the site for some reason.

Every site is opening, but Eset Smart Security keeps showing that on every site i go.

It looks like Eset is blocking something from cloudfront.net I run a virus scan and also run a malware scan using malwarebytes its looking like something is calling another site for info.

I would give the last two items I suggest first and see what the brings up.
Once we know the system is clean of those we can try some other steps to clear this up.
