Essential programs for security

I run MBAM regularly, and I have SpywareBlaster. I have a few other security programs. Should I also run MBanti-Rootkit, Auslogics AntiMalware, and ADWCleaner? or are they redundant?

Is Malwarebytes your standard anti-virus now?


If so, and when you use another scanner, pause your current anti-virus while it runs.

I run several scanners just to make sure nothing is on my system.

No, Avast is. I run MBAM on demand for other malware. Didn't know they have an A-V.
