Solved Ethernet device driver not installing on Windows 7 Ultimate

Hi, I'm not very computer savvy and I've run into a problem while trying to re install Windows 7 on my laptop.

I installed the Windows 8 Press Release on my Asus G73SW laptop. After a few days my laptop crashed and blue screened and it required me to re install Windows 7. I bought a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bot x64 Upgrade disc from the campus tech store, when I installed it on my laptop everything was working except for the Ethernet devices. I've been looking around online for solutions to this problem but I'm having difficulty figuring out how to fix this problem.

Any help is extremely appreciated. Thank you.
