Ethernet, radio waves, any kind of connection terminating

Im suspicious that iphone user - using my PC resources, im wondering in what way iphone user can access my computer? I BELIEVE in some kind of of via waves or other ethernet signals, who keep functioning even after basic disable'ings ( image below ).


I have unplugged ethernet cable from my computer.
I have disabled network adapter and other network drivers in device manager.


I tried to use laptop, iphone user still using my laptop resources, I did everything the same + disable bluetooth drivers.

I BELIEVE that disabling adapter's dont do full job, and some kind of connections still exist.

Using windows 7 and 8, same issue.
Any advice? Useful software or cmd command expected.

Please note: if i turn off/ sleep my computer - ihponeuser gets angry.

You need to make sure Internet Connection Sharing and Bluetooth are off on your computer. Also, you need to turn off wifi on your router. If you do these two things, your neighbor won't be able to get into your computer.
