Evaluating of Hardware compatibility of a PC

Is there any tool which I can test a Windows 7 PC for hardware compatibility?

Thank you. In the first link I should just click on "Scan your computer", yes?
And do you know any good tool for testing HDD (link 2?)?

I would use the second option. You can use the first one but as of now it seems like its for upgrading to Windows 8. The second link is for upgrading to Windows 7 but can technically be used to test compatibility for windows 7.
