Hi, a few weeks ago I begun experiencing sudden computer crashes when running select games on my Sony Vaio Win7 laptop. It all began with a BSOD(happened once in a while so I ignored it) and now it just suddenly crashes with no BSOD and no error report, other than a reported event 41 in the event viewer: Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first". I have looked all over the internet for fixes, I ran temperature checks on CPU and GPU, sent in my laptop for repairs, blew out the vents with compressed air, got new thermal paste, got a new PSU, and did a repair install of Windows 7, ran memtest for 12 hours with no issue, and yet the problem still persists. The interesting thing is that it only crashes when I run SOME games, for example Torchlight 2, Darksiders 2, and Deus Ex HR, they run perfectly fine, but when I try to play League of Legends, or Kingdoms of Amalur, it crashes. I have tried changing power settings, using power saver mode, etc but it does not help.

I really have no idea why it is happening, the laptop is about 3 years old and never had a problem before.

Win7 Disabling TDR

Ok I am getting crashes in some games, so I want to disable TDR, I tried following some instructions and I am getting kind of confused. I go to regedit, and all the way down to graphic drivers, I then right click and graphic drivers and add in new DWORD TdrDelay, etc, etc, and then restart. Is this correct?
