event 41 kernel power how do i fix this

the last couple of months on a daily basis my pc will crash sounds too makes a horrible noise ive checked event log and its always critial kernel power event id 41 task 63 how do i get my files so you guys can see them and help

it never does it while gaming only when browsing internet and having itunes on

Specs are
ASrock 970 pro3
AMD FX 8350 black edition
16GB G-skill Ram 1866
120gb ocz solid state drive sata 3
500 Hitachi deskstar hard drive sata 2
750w OCZ ZT series power supply (newest item but done it before i put this in)
