Hi eveyone!

This is my first post here due to the fact that I recently registered. I've noticed alot of posts regarding event ID 41 issues and I am posting here because I am going crazy trying to figure out why the computer randomly reboots and the community here seems very helpful. I recently built the system with all the components below:

Intel i5-2500k with no overclocking
Cooler Master Hyper 212+ (in Push-Pull) – added 12/22/12
Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 Motherboard

G.Skill 8GB (2*4GB) 240-pin Sniper Memory (1600MHZ @ 1.25 volts)
Seasonic M12II – 620w power supply
XFX Radeon HD 7850 2GB – added 12/26/12
Cooler Master HAF 912 Case
Hitachi 1TB Harddrive SATA
Seagate 1TB Harddrive SATA
Samsung 500GB Harddrive (primary Drive) SATA
OS: Windows 7 x64 Professional SP1

The Problem:
I am going crazy trying to figure out why the computer randomly reboots. The random reboots often occur when browsing the internet. The weird thing is that I am able to play games that tax the CPU more like Saints Row 3, Far Cry 3, and Hitman Absolution without a problem. When the computer reboots there is not any BSOD and there are no dump files from the crash. The only place that indicates that anything happened is the event viewer. The only thing that it says is that an event ID 41 (Task 63) occurred, which is described as “The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly”. All of the Details for every random reboot are the same and are described below

BugcheckCode: 0
BugcheckParameter1: 0x0
BugcheckParameter2: 0x0
BugcheckParameter3: 0x0
BugcheckParameter4: 0x0
SleepInProgress: False
PowerButtonTimestamp: 0

The random reboots were occurring before the instillation of the new graphics card and the aftermarket CPU Cooler. The random reboots continued after the parts were changed and dust was cleaned out.
So far I have ran memtest 86+ and Window memory checker – Both Sticks and every slot passed the tests. I then began testing the cpu with prime95. During all of the tests the maximum core temp was 58 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 31 degrees Celsius. The temperature readings were taken with Coretemp and HWmonitor. The temp readings lead me to believe that it is not a cooling issue. I ran the Small FFT test without a problem for three hours, I then ran the Large FFT test (two times total) and the computer crashed both times at different portions of the test. I have yet to run the blend test. I am thinking of doing a fresh install of windows 7 on an extra 250gb HDD, reinstalling the latest drivers for everything, and running the tests again. So I believe that the problem could be either the cpu, psu, drivers, the hdd, or a problem with Windows itself.

If there is any information that you can provide on how to solve this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so I have attached the zip file and am currently setting up my other hard drive with windows so I can repeat the tests with only the newest drivers and without having the original three hard drives attached.

Ok, so I have followed the instructions for setting up a crash dump but there was not any folder corresponding to the dumps. So I ran another Large FFT test which caused the system to crash. After the system rebooted there was no dump file of folder for the dump to goto. So I created a folder C:\Windows\Minidump. I have finished establishing the other harddrive, so I am going to run prime95 off of that harddrive, and I am going to follow the steps for posting the results like you have mentioned.

Alright, I have set up my other hard drive and began testing the PC again. The both ram sticks were tested again in memtest86+ with 10 passes, all tests were passed. I then used the windows memory test which both sticks passed. Then I ran three tests in prime95 with each test taking 2 hours. It passed the small fft and the blend test but failed the large fft test. During the test it locked up completely around the 1 hour mark. On the new hard drive I have followed all of the steps to create dump files but they are still not being created and I have no clue why. I am going to use the other hard drive for a couple of days to see if it crashes randomly like before. If anybody wants it I can attach a zip file for the hard drive.

Alright,
It been a while since I have posted an update. Since installing the new hard drive the computer has been running perfect until I got another random reboot today. I have followed all of the steps for establishing dump files but I am still unable to locate the dump files after the computer crashes. I have attached the zip file. I forgot to mentioned that it crashed while watching a youtube video.

Edit:
After the crash I installed some new memory sticks that run at 1.5v just to see if the lower voltage ram could be the culprit, I added new thermal paste on the cpu/cooler, and I also added washers on the motherboard to prevent it from possibly shorting out on the case.

Edit #2:
The ram was the problem . Changed ram out and the problem was fixed. I think it was just a mobo incompatibility issue.
