Event log 3 errors after startup

Hello.
I have attached a file of Event log which has 3 errors that happens every time when I start my pc and shows my desktop. Please help. Please do not give option of formating pc.

Is this a corporate PC?
What are you using FLEXlm for?
Do you use TrueCrypt?

We need much more information about the system to be able to understand what might be going on.

1] I solved all the errors my self except DNS clinet server Event 1014. Plz help me for this.

I done Local Area Network properties>6v untick and ok.
Also in cmd entered all of the four commands given on respected event online help page.



2] When I click Grab all it takes too much time and stuck at particular stage so plz tell me which option I have to choose in diagnosis tool except Grab all.


It is personal home use pc.
