Solved Event Viewer Error Message Event ID10 - How to get rid of it?

Every time I boot my laptop I get error message Event ID 10 in Event Viewer. The details are:

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor"AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

I do believe that the error message is nothing to be concerned about from what I have read when I googled it, but nothing I read tells you how to get rid of it. Does anone know how I can get rid of this so it does not show up in event viewer everytime I boot?

Event ID 10 is logged in the Application log after you install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

I do not think that installing SP1 is the problem. I have two PC's with Win7 Ult 64b, both have SP1 and only the laptop logs this error message.

JMH, I should have read the link you provided before I responded. Yesterday I did not notice it was a link and today I did. According to the link the error is caused by SP1 on a DVD install. My first PC was updated to SP1 by Windows Update so I never got the error. My laptop had SP1 installed with the DVD Win7 installation. The fix in the link got rid of the error message on my laptop.
