Errors in Event Viewer

I usually never bothered with fixing the errors that popup so I'm not super sure how to handle ones I can't find answers to on google. I solved one of the problems but theres 2 more that pop up every boot Log Name: Application Source: Microsoft-Windows-WMI Date: 11/26/2014 10:19:36 AM Event ID: 10 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: User: SYSTEM Computer: Michael-PC Description: Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected. Hi first of all please use the link above my signature to fill in your system spec's with the free utility,
Use Clean boot,

Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,
