Event Viewer, 400+ Cryptographic Services errors

The Cryptographic Services service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 403 time(s).
The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block.
The DNS Client service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 48 time(s).

The first one is there every one in three errors. Am I completely screwed and need to format? I've had many random Windows glitches lately as well. I tried Tweaking.com - Windows Repair All In One tool, but that didn't do the trick.

If you're using tweaking Suites or REgistry Cleaners then you've likely ruined Win7. It doesn't tolerate them at all. I would System Restore to before they were used if possible.

If not compare your install to the perfect install compiled in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
to learn the tools and methods which work best with Win7, based on tens of thousands of installs we've helped with here. It may be worth it to wipe the slate and do one perfect install which you can then preserved with a backup image in case it ever becomes problematic.

But it won't if you stick with the tools and methods in those steps.

Otherwise work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
