It is not set to do a UEFI install.

I would leave it set as it is and follow the steps I just gave you.

Report back any error or failure with verbatim error message and the exact step where it failed.

SUCCESS.
Most of my problems were caused by my unfamiliarity with Dispart.
x17-59186.iso spi u could use some work to make it clearer how
to use it.

Other probems were caused by the HP p7-1380t and trying to use
MBR instead of GPT. This also caused me no end of probems with
Diskpart.
Anyway I am now a happy camper and much thanks to Gregrocker.
