Will my processor/socket/motherboard self-destruct at 16? Perhaps the pins all fall off or stay stuck to the socket :shock:
Package Insertion Specifications
The processor can be inserted into and removed from a LGA775 socket 15 times. The
socket should meet the LGA775 requirements detailed in the LGA775 Socket
Mechanical Design Guide.
Can't say I ever read that statement before... Not that I have ever really removed or reseated a processor after the initial setup...
