Hello again, for some reason my previous post was never answered and was deleted, so I ask this again.
Context:
I have a desktop computer containing the following hardware:
AMD Phenom II X3 720
Gigabyte GA-MA770UD3 (AMD 770+SB710 chipset)
2x2GB PC1066 DDR2 from OCZ with clocks and timings set to its EPP profile (instead of SPD)
MSI Radeon HD7850
Crucial M4 SSD
Several harddisks
All this powered by a Corsair VX450 PSU (the one made by Seasonic and rebranded)
I have Windows 7 Ultimate on my computer, running on the SSD; it has been installed a couple of years ago.
The problem:
I keep having random blue screens once every week or so. They feature the weirdest array of stop codes and happen at any possible time, like when it is just standing there doing nothing, or when I'm browsing the web, or when I'm gaming. More information is to be found in the ZIP made by the SF Diagnostic Tool, which is to be found here.
My attempts at fixing this:
- I have updated every damn driver I could find on my system
- I ran MemTest86 for nearly 12 hours straight; no issues found at all
- I completely disabled load specific clock frequency shifting ("cool & quiet" it's called, yes?)
- I installed the Windows debug toolkit to be able to "read" the memdumps made during the bluescreens, but I got no wiser
Epilogue:
Frankly I'm getting sick of this, dreading the constant fear of the next blue screen spoiling my experience and possibly even more.
Is there anyone that is able to make something of this? My gratitude will surpass "a thousand internets!".
edit: added my system specs as I was told below, and attached the SFDT zip-file to this post instead of linking it.
